Meadow Creek Caterer's Delight trailer.

A Meadow Creek Caterer's Delight trailer combines a BBQ42 chicken cooker with a charcoal pig roaster on one tow-behind frame, letting a caterer run poultry and whole hog from a single rig at the same event. Pinecraft Barbecue keeps four sizes in its catalog, from the CD108 to the CD120G, and can place a custom order for any of them.

Meadow Creek Caterer's Delight trailer contents

Meadow Creek builds the Caterer's Delight trailer with a BBQ42 chicken cooker and a pig roaster mounted on the same frame, so a two-person crew can run both stations off one hitch instead of hauling separate equipment. The chicken cooker turns on sandwich-style grates, which keeps a caterer from standing over the fire flipping every piece by hand. That matters at a wedding or a church picnic where the same crew is also handling sides, drinks, and setup on a tight clock.

Size is the real decision between these four trailers. Meadow Creek pairs the CD108 with a PR60 pig roaster and steps up to a PR72 pig roaster on the CD120, so the jump from CD108 to CD120 is a larger hog capacity, not just a longer trailer bed. The CD108G and CD120G carry the same roaster pairing but add a second grate deck for higher chicken volume on the same footprint. Ask which roaster size fits your guest count before choosing the model.

Every trailer in this line comes out of the same shop. Meadow Creek hand-welds its equipment in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, which is why the tank ends, the door latches, and the grate rails hold up under years of weekend catering work rather than one hard season. Pinecraft Barbecue carries the Meadow Creek line in our Sarasota showroom and can walk a caterer through which trailer size matches their typical booking before an order goes in.

If you cater full hog roasts on top of chicken orders, start with the CD120 or CD120G for the larger PR72 roaster. If chicken and pulled pork cover most of your bookings, the CD108 keeps the trailer shorter and easier to store between events. Ask us what you can come try in the showroom, and we can talk through hitch weight, storage space, and how each size tows behind a typical catering van.
