Outdoor kitchens in Sarasota,
designed around the way you cook.

Outdoor Kitchens by Pinecraft Barbecue starts with a free, no-obligation home measurement in the Sarasota area. We design your kitchen and supply the equipment; licensed contractors we work with install it.

Serving Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice and nearby Gulf Coast communities. See our service area.

01
How it starts

From the first measurement to your finished layout.

We measure your patio, lanai or backyard and discuss what you want to cook, how you entertain and the equipment you are considering. We help you plan the cabinet layout and select counters and appliances around your space and cooking needs.

We design outdoor kitchens and supply the equipment for them. Once the design is finalized, licensed contractors we work with install it, working from the plan and appliance list you signed off on. Aluminum frames and Hardie board exteriors are standard on every Pinecraft outdoor kitchen island.

Every kitchen is designed around the grill you'll actually cook on. Grill lines our islands get designed around most often:

Beyond the grill

Everything around the cook.

Side burners, griddles, and warming drawers for a full cooking line. An outdoor bar for drinks and condiments, and a smoothie or drink station if entertaining is the point. Sinks, refrigerators, and coolers so nobody has to run back inside. Add-ons like trash receptacles, cooler drawers, charcoal trays, griddle plates, and ice makers finish the layout once the core equipment is locked in.

Composite cabinetry is available in woodgrain or solid-color finishes for pool decks, wet bars, and anywhere splashback or standing water is a concern.

Plan your first conversation

Tell us about the space you want to cook in.

You do not need a finished design to start. Call 941-217-6995 to discuss a free home measurement. These details help us understand your project.

Your space and priorities

  • Your community and whether the kitchen will be on a patio, under a lanai or beside a pool.
  • What you enjoy cooking and which appliances matter most to you.
  • Any existing grill or cabinetry you want to discuss keeping.
  • Your budget priorities and the timing you have in mind.

Questions to work through

  • Which layout leaves enough useful preparation and storage space?
  • Which cabinet and countertop finishes suit the setting?
  • What equipment and installation work will the proposal include?
  • Which site, utility or community requirements need the licensed contractor's review?

We take the measurements during the home visit. If you already have photos or plans, mention them when you call. See ways to contact the showroom.

Cost and responsibility

Know what your kitchen proposal covers.

Compare the complete scope, from the equipment you choose to the work at your home. Ask for these items to be identified before you order.

Equipment and kitchen components

Identify the appliance models, cabinets, counters and finishes. Check whether accessories, delivery and taxes are included. A grill island and a kitchen with a sink and refrigeration need different equipment lists.

Installation and site work

Pinecraft provides the installers. Confirm what installation includes and whether removal of an existing island, utility connections or other site work are separate. Identify the business responsible for each part of the work.

Manufacturer warranty support

Pinecraft helps with manufacturer warranty support. Review the coverage for each product, and ask separately who handles installation or workmanship questions.

Your priorities and timing

Tell us which features matter most and the timing you have in mind. Confirm equipment availability, installation milestones and how a change to the agreed scope would be handled.

Send us your project details to start the conversation.

Before you decide

Outdoor kitchen questions, answered.

Is the home measurement free?

Yes. Pinecraft Barbecue offers a free, no-obligation home measurement for an outdoor kitchen. Call the Sarasota showroom to discuss your address and arrange the visit.

How do we plan the layout?

We discuss your space, cooking habits and equipment choices during the design process. If you have measurements or photos, bring them so we can talk through cabinet placement, counters and appliances.

Does Pinecraft install the kitchen?

Pinecraft designs the outdoor kitchen, supplies the equipment and provides the installers. Licensed contractors carry out the installation. Confirm the installation scope and the business named on each agreement before ordering. Discuss site and utility work with the appropriate contractor.

What materials can I choose?

Aluminum frames and Hardie board exteriors are standard on Pinecraft outdoor kitchen islands. Dryvit, stucco, tile and stone finishes are available, along with composite cabinetry in woodgrain or solid colors. Review the salt air and humidity guide when comparing materials for a coastal setting.

What determines the cost?

The layout, cabinet and countertop choices, appliances and installation scope all affect the project. A grill island and a kitchen with refrigeration, a sink and additional cooking appliances need different equipment lists. Ask for an itemized proposal that distinguishes the equipment and kitchen components from installation and any site or utility work.

Can I plan a kitchen under my lanai?

Bring the lanai into the first design conversation. The selected appliance instructions and a licensed contractor's assessment determine what is suitable for that space. Our lanai and screen enclosure guide explains the questions to raise before settling the layout.

How long will the project take?

Discuss timing when you call. Your schedule needs to account for the final design, equipment availability and the installing contractor's work. Confirm the expected milestones for your particular project before ordering.

Where can I see the equipment?

Visit Pinecraft Barbecue at 3303 Bahia Vista St, Sarasota, FL 34239. The showroom is open Monday to Friday from noon to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm, with mornings by appointment. Call before visiting to ask about a particular display.
