We do not run an online checkout. Browsing happens here on the site, but every purchase, return, and special order gets sorted out by a real person, in the showroom or on the phone.
How buying works
Look through the site to see what we carry, then buy in person at 3303 Bahia Vista St or over the phone at (941) 217-6995. There is no cart and no online checkout. If you want something built to order, a special order, come in or call and we will work it out with you person to person. Outdoor kitchens work the same way: we design the space and supply the equipment, and licensed contractors we work with install it once the plan is set.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in store. Call or come in with your receipt and we will sort it out.

Product questions and manufacturer warranties
The grills, smokers, and other equipment we sell carry warranties from the manufacturers that make them, not from our shop. If something goes wrong with a unit, come in or call and we will help you start the warranty conversation with the maker.
Privacy
This website is informational. It has no user accounts, no login, no checkout, and no contact forms, and it does not set marketing cookies. Standard web logs are handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. If you call or email us directly, we use the details you give us only to help with your question or your order.

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you spot something that needs fixing, call or come in. We fix mistakes fast.
