How do buying, returns, and special orders work?
At Pinecraft Barbecue, there is no online checkout. Buy in person or by phone. We handle returns and exchanges in store with your receipt. We arrange special orders person to person. Call or visit the showroom with any product questions.
How buying works
Look through the site to see what we carry, then buy in person at 3303 Bahia Vista St or over the phone at (941) 217-6995. There is no cart and no online checkout. If you want something built to order, a special order, come in or call and we will work it out with you person to person. Outdoor kitchens work the same way: we design the space and supply the equipment, and licensed contractors we work with install it once the plan is set.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in store. Call or come in with your receipt and we will sort it out.

Product questions and manufacturer warranties
The grills, smokers, and other equipment we sell carry warranties from the manufacturers that make them, not from our shop. If something goes wrong with a unit, come in or call and we will help you start the warranty conversation with the maker.
Privacy
This site has no user accounts, login, online checkout, or contact forms. Google Analytics measures page visits and selected link clicks, including outdoor-kitchen links and phone, email, social, and directions links. A recorded click describes a link interaction, not a completed call, email, or showroom visit.
Google says its Analytics tag can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Google's default data collection includes browser and device information and approximate location. Browser limits and tag settings can affect what is stored or sent. Cloudflare hosts this site and handles standard request logs. If you call or email us directly, we use the details you provide to respond to your question or order.
