Meadow Creek PR60 Pig Roaster
The Meadow Creek PR60 Pig Roaster can hold a single whole hog up to 200 pounds live weight on its main grate without turning the meat. A second-tier grate adds room for 30 to 35 pork butts or similar cuts on the same cook. The grate is rust-free T304 stainless steel over a 13-gauge welded steel body, wood or charcoal fired.
How big a hog can the Meadow Creek PR60 pig roaster handle? A single grate carries the pig, and once the hog comes off, the same roaster still has work left in it: swap to the second tier and it runs briskets, ribs, chicken, or a stack of hamburgers just like a regular smoker. A slanted drip pan drains grease outside the unit through a drip tube, and top and bottom dampers plus a removable charcoal vent give hands-on control over pit temperature. It rolls on 13-inch tires and carries a stainless steel calibratable thermometer.
