The PR60T roasts a whole pig up to 250 lbs live weight without turning the meat or adding charcoal, thanks to top and bottom dampers that control airflow and a removable charcoal vent at the base of the roaster. Skip the pig some weekends and the PR60T still earns its keep. With the optional second-tier grate, the PR60T can also cook 35 pork butts or 45 whole chickens, turning a specialty roaster into a general-purpose smoker when a whole hog isn't on the menu.
