Meadow Creek PR60T Charcoal Pig Roaster Trailer
The Meadow Creek PR60T Charcoal Pig Roaster Trailer runs on charcoal and wood. Meadow Creek's description says it can roast a pig up to 250 lb live weight, while its specification table lists 200 lb for a single grate without stating the weight basis. See Meadow Creek's PR60T page, checked October 10, 2026.
How big of a pig can the Meadow Creek PR60T roast?
Meadow Creek lists two figures: its description says up to 250 lb live weight, while its specification table says 200 lb for a single grate without stating the weight basis. The two figures do not match, so confirm the capacity for your pig and setup.
With the optional second-tier grate, the PR60T can cook up to 35 pork butts or 45 whole chickens, according to Meadow Creek. Its slanted drip pan drains grease through an outside tube, and its grate is food-grade T304 stainless steel rod. Trailer equipment includes a 2 inch ball hitch, safety chains, a heavy-duty wheel jack, rubber torsion axles, DOT-compliant LED lights, and reflector strips.
