Fired by propane instead of charcoal, the Meadow Creek PR72G Gas Pig Roaster roasts a whole hog up to 325 pounds live weight without charring or a rotisserie motor. Dual shut-offs and a thermocoupled pilot keep the flame as safe as a kitchen range, and an optional second-tier grate adds room for up to 44 pork butts.
