Pinecraft Barbecue carries six Rum & Que products in its Sarasota catalog, including the Homegrown BBQ Rub and the Intensify Meat Rub. The Rum & Que lineup includes a Char Siu Chinese BBQ Sauce built around that cuisine's own barbecue tradition, and Rum & Que's finishing seasonings include an Umami Garlic Butter Finishing Seasoning and an Umami Truffle Butter Finishing Seasoning. We keep the finishing sauces stocked separately from the rubs so a cook can order one or both without hunting the shelf.
